Can I use Outlook and Gmail at the same time?
Yes. Prio supports multiple email providers simultaneously. You can triage both inboxes, draft replies to either, and manage both calendars from the same chat interface.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 business accounts?
Yes. Both personal Outlook.com accounts and Microsoft 365 business accounts are supported. Your IT admin may need to approve the app depending on your organization's policies.
What Microsoft permissions are required?
Prio requests read and send access for Outlook mail and read/write for calendar via Microsoft OAuth. You can revoke access at any time from your Microsoft account settings.
Is the experience identical to the Gmail integration?
The core functionality is the same: triage, draft replies, send emails, and calendar management. Some advanced features like auto-archive are being expanded for Outlook. The interface is identical regardless of provider.
Where is my Outlook data processed?
Email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Metadata for triage and follow-up tracking is stored in EU data centers. Prio is fully GDPR compliant.
