How does Prio handle my emails?
Prio connects to Outlook or Gmail via OAuth. It reads incoming email, sorts it by urgency, drafts replies in your tone and archives noise like newsletters. Nothing is sent without your explicit approval.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is hosted in EU data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never use your data to train AI models. We're GDPR compliant and working toward SOC 2 certification.
What integrations do you support?
Outlook, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub, LinkedIn, Attio and Moneybird today, with more shipping monthly. We also support MCP, the open protocol, so any compatible tool works with Prio.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — you add a card but nothing is charged until day 14, and you can cancel anytime before then. After the trial there's still a 30-day money-back guarantee: if Prio isn't for you, request a refund from Settings → Billing and get every cent back.
How is Prio different from ChatGPT, OpenAI Dots or Meta Muse?
ChatGPT, Dots and Muse are general-purpose. At launch (September 2026), OpenAI doesn't offer Dots on ChatGPT Pro in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, and Muse launched in North America only. Prio does one job, the work of a chief of staff, for founders and executives in Europe: in Outlook or Gmail, in your own language, hosted in the EU. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. Prio works in English, Dutch, German, and French — the site, the app, and the AI itself. Briefings, drafts, and replies come in your language natively.
How much does Prio cost?
Plans start at €29/month for Starter (30 requests a day, email triage, calendar, tasks). Pro is €79/month with 100 requests a day, smart scheduling and workflow automations. Business is €199/month with unlimited requests and multi-platform bot support. All plans start with a 14-day free trial.
How does the approval system work?
By default, emails and invites wait for your approval: you see the full draft and approve, edit or reject it. Small internal steps, like a note in your CRM or an event only you attend, Prio can do on its own. You can mark people you trust as pre-approved. Public posts and phone calls always ask first.
Does Prio work on mobile?
Yes. Prio is a progressive web app that works on any device with a browser. On mobile, voice input is the primary interface — dictate tasks, emails, and commands hands-free.
Does Prio work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Prio works with Outlook mail, Outlook Calendar and OneDrive, and replies go out from your own Outlook address. Gmail and Google Calendar work too. Connect via OAuth from the integrations page.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. After that, it's permanently deleted from our EU servers. No hidden copies, no retention.
What other tools does Prio connect to?
Beyond email and calendar, Prio connects to Google Drive, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, Moneybird, and Microsoft OneDrive. We also support MCP — the open protocol — so any compatible tool works with Prio.
