What Notion permissions does Prio need?

Prio connects via Notion's official OAuth. You choose exactly which pages and databases to share during authorization. Prio can only access content you explicitly grant access to.

Can Prio access my entire Notion workspace?

No. Notion's permission model lets you select specific pages and databases to share. Prio only sees what you authorize. You can update these permissions at any time from Notion's settings.

Does Prio modify pages without my approval?

Page creation and updates go through approval gates. You review the content before anything is written to Notion. Read operations happen immediately since they don't change your data.

Which Notion property types are supported?

Prio supports all common property types including text, numbers, select, multi-select, status, date, checkbox, URL, email, people, and relations. Formulas and rollups are read-only.

Where is my Notion data stored?

Notion content is fetched in real-time and not permanently stored by Prio. Only your OAuth connection is saved in EU data centers. Prio is fully GDPR compliant.
