Does Google Drive use the same connection as Gmail?
Google Drive uses the same Google OAuth connection but requires a separate permission grant. If you've already connected Gmail, you can add Drive access from the integrations page without re-authenticating.
Can Prio modify or delete my files?
No. Prio has read-only access to your Google Drive. It can list, search, and read files but cannot create, modify, or delete anything.
What file types can Prio read?
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and PDFs are fully supported. Other file types like images and zip files can be listed and searched but their content cannot be read inline.
Does it work with shared drives?
Yes. Prio can access files in shared drives and shared folders that your Google account has permission to view. Access follows your existing Google Drive permissions.
Is my Drive data stored by Prio?
File contents are fetched in real-time and not permanently stored. Only your OAuth connection is saved in EU data centers. Prio is fully GDPR compliant.
