Frequently asked questions

Can notodo create events without my approval?

No. Every calendar event goes through an approval gate. You see the full event details in chat and must approve before it's created on your calendar.

Does it work with multiple calendars?

notodo connects to your primary Google Calendar. It reads all visible calendars for conflict detection but creates events only on your primary calendar.

How do scheduling rules work?

You define preferences like preferred meeting times, location defaults, and buffer requirements. These rules automatically apply when notodo suggests or creates events. You can also set temporary rules for travel or busy periods.

Is my calendar data stored?

Calendar data is fetched in real-time from Google and not permanently stored. Only your scheduling preferences and rules are saved in EU data centers, fully GDPR compliant.

Does it support Google Workspace?

Yes. Both personal Google accounts and Workspace accounts are supported. Workspace admins may need to approve the OAuth app for your organization.
