What financial data does Prio access?
Prio reads invoices, expenses, and contact data from Moneybird for processing and briefings. It can create invoices and expenses with your approval. It does not access bank connections or make payments.
Can Prio create invoices without my approval?
No. All financial actions go through approval gates. You review every invoice or expense entry before it's pushed to Moneybird.
Where is my financial data processed?
All data is processed and stored in EU data centers. Prio is GDPR compliant and financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. Prio automates the data entry and reminders that take up your time. Your accountant still handles tax filings, annual reports, and financial advice. It makes their job easier too.
