When you email someone or have a meeting, notodo automatically creates or updates their contact record. No manual entry needed.

Frequently asked questions

When will Google Contacts integration be available?

Google Contacts sync is on our roadmap and actively in development. Join the waitlist to be notified when it launches. Contact auto-creation from emails and meetings already works without this integration.

Will it overwrite my existing contacts?

No. notodo merges data carefully using email address as the unique key. Existing contact details are preserved and only enriched with new information, never overwritten.

What data gets synced?

Name, email, phone, company, and role are synced. Interaction history and relationship reminders stay in notodo and are not pushed to Google Contacts.

Is my contact data stored in the EU?

Yes. All contact data is stored in EU data centers and handled in full GDPR compliance. You can export or delete your contact data at any time.
