Triaging your inbox

Let Prio sort through your emails and surface what matters.

How inbox triage works

Say "triage my inbox" and Prio will scan your recent unread emails. It categorizes each one:

  • Action required — needs your response or decision
  • FYI — informational, no action needed
  • Delegate — can be forwarded to someone else
  • Archive — newsletters, promotions, automated notifications

Auto-archive

Emails categorized as archive (newsletters, marketing, SaaS updates) are automatically archived. Prio never auto-archives invoices, bills, calendar invites, or client emails.

Reviewing results

After triage, you'll see a summary with each email's category. You can override any categorization and take action directly from the chat.
