Let Prio sort through your emails and surface what matters.

How inbox triage works
Say "triage my inbox" and Prio will scan your recent unread emails. It categorizes each one:
- Action required — needs your response or decision
- FYI — informational, no action needed
- Delegate — can be forwarded to someone else
- Archive — newsletters, promotions, automated notifications
Auto-archive
Emails categorized as archive (newsletters, marketing, SaaS updates) are automatically archived. Prio never auto-archives invoices, bills, calendar invites, or client emails.
Reviewing results
After triage, you'll see a summary with each email's category. You can override any categorization and take action directly from the chat.
